Finally after a bit of a rough start; we went to the airport at 04:30am only to be informed that the flight was postponed to 4pm; we arrived in Tulear Airport and went directly to our accommodation @Arboretum d'antsokayfrom.
After a very pleasant "night safari" we had a delicious dinner and a good nights sleep.
Next morning we took a speedboat to Anakao; to get the luggage dry onto the boat a zebu carriage was used- nice!
After just one hour we arrived at our Hotel. I think they forgot our reservation, so we ended up in a big bungalow with 6 beds and a beautiful view....
The next days we spend time with whale and bird watching, boat excursions, eating and just relaxing.
By "local transport" we went on to another excellently managed Hotel in Sarodrano, with great birding opportunities, nice daytrips and a paragliding take off just 10 walking minutes away!
Well that's at least what we did ;-)
